This is a very special cake knife
as you will see.
You will use it to cut Josie's
birthday cake for many years to be.
While she is so tiny
it is hard to believe,
one day she will be all grown up
and ready to leave.
A trip down the aisle she will also take.
a home of her own she will make.
When she is ready to cut her
wedding cake,
she will have the perfect "old"
birthday knife to take.
ready to leave?......Oh heavens, not something I want to think about at all!
We shed a few tears but kept it together and it's something I will cherish forever!
