Christmas 2010 was Chase's first Christmas celebration and it was one to remember!
First, the boys gave Santa a visit! It took intense persuasion to convince Colby that Santa was way cooler than the trains. After luring him away from the trains with the notion of Santa possibly having a candy cane we were finally in business!
Just look at those jolly faces! Colby isn't really into Santa for some reason...... maybe next year! I was just pleased they were compliant to sit in his lap without shedding any tears!!
Not only were the trains a step above Santa, but the huge fish tank was also a much bigger hit with the boys!
My grandmother was diagnosed with Cancer earlier this year and it's just a waiting game at this point! We attempted to get all of Mama Jean's grandchildren & great-grandchildren together for what might be the last time and we were pretty successful.
8 out of 10 grands and 11 out of 13 great grands.....
This hasn't happened in over 10 years!
We celebrated Christmas Eve with my family! We literally walked in the door and Colby was ready to rip into the gifts he had been eyeing for the past few weeks.
There is nothing like experiencing Christmas through a child's eyes and extreme reactions!
Santa doesn't have to make a large delivery down our chimney since grandparents and aunts lose all control and lavish my boys with way too many gifts!
The boys were ecstatic too see their new ride! Watch how excited Chase was despite getting whip lash multiple times!
After topping off Christmas Eve with a firework show......
we hurried home, put peanut butter balls & milk out for Santa, and tucked ourselves tightly into bed in hopes that Saint Nick was on his way!
He came and left some goodies!!
Colby has quite an obsession with trains so he was definitely satisfied with Santa's selection of toys!!
Gammy & Pawpaw Mike came to play!
When Chris was done playing, we hit the road to the in-laws!

Sunday was our last Christmas celebration with the entire Jones Clan!
The newest addition- baby Cayden.....isn't he a doll???

Our first Christmas as a family of four was divine!! Thank you God for your many blessings bestowed upon our family, keep them coming please........ it just keeps getting better and better!!
